Lab168 Pilot: Building a company from the ground up in 2025/2026

Lab168 started out as an idea between me and my co-founder Matt back in the summer of 2025. During the big content boom of AI integrations, workflow accelerators, and Automation tools that we’re becoming increasingly popular, we decided that we wanted to learn more about these tools, and possibly figure out how to offer these services to businesses.

Fast forward into the present, Lab168 Digital Solutions solely focuses on building premium website services for it’s clients. after almost 6 months of decided a company identity, correcting our brand course, and developing infra, we’re proud to say that we are almost ready to begin our first round of client acquisition.

In this entry, Myself, Alex, & my co-founder Matt will talk about some of the different challenges we faced in the months leading up to this; how we overcame all of them, and what our plans are for the future of the business. It’s an exciting time at Lab168, and we’re even more excited to share these things with you.
